- Tasting of the lunch menu in the dining room, served with a glass of wine

A person can join you for lunch, around 1 p.m. It’s necessary to prevent the establishment and the person will pay his share directly to the restaurant.

Charlie Ray est un chef proche de son terroir pour qui le mot "local" à une véritable signification. D'origine britannique, il s'est formé à la cuisine en Angleterre depuis l'âge de 14 ans. Passé par les cuisines d'établissements gastronomiques en Angleterre, c'est désormais dans la cuisine bistronomique du Vin'Quatre qu'il s'exprime depuis plus de 2 ans, travaillant les produits de la région avec un soupçon d'influence britannique, un régal créatif.
