Program

Integrate the kitchen’s team for half a day to experience a service with Chefs Aurélien Haddadi and Jérémy Bohbot, proposing an "evolutionary" cuisine: seasonal products, French traditions and inspirations of their travels.

In the program :

- Preparation of the service with the kitchen’s brigade
- Advice and tips from Chefs
- Prepare and dress the plates
- Observation of the rush
- Tasting of the lunch menu in the dining room, served with a glass of wine

Passé par les bancs de l'école hôtelière de Toulouse, le Chef Aurélien Haddadi a fait ses armes dans les cuisines des bateaux de croisières de luxe pendant plus de 5 ans. Curieux et aventureux, ses nombreux voyages tout autour de la planète lui ont apporté une nouvelle vision de la cuisine, aux inspirations internationales;

LE chef : Jérémy Bohbot

Le Chef Jérémy Bohbot lui aussi a fait ses études à l'école hôtelière de Toulouse, le lieu de rencontre des deux hommes, Passé par les cuisines d'établissement de prestige comme l'Hôtel du Palais de Biarritz, L’Hermitage à Monaco ou encore le Jules Vernes à Paris, sa soif de voyage le rattrape et il restera 3 ans en Australie avant de revenir à Toulouse.
