One could compare the L'Atelier des Sens team to a range of spices : each one has their own flavor and talent.
Founder and manager
This Sciences Po Paris graduate used to be a copronsultant but her real love is cooking! In 2004 she set up L'Atelier des Sens. Her aim was to provide professional standard training that is fun too thanks to the culinary experts she has recruited.
Jean-Baptiste trained with Ducasse and Hélène Darroze and joined L'Atelier des Sens in 2006. As the Head of Purchasing he selects the best products from the market every day. He is in charge of the team of trainers, is responsible for the quality of your courses and will introduce you to the very best of chefs.
Retail customers and training manager
That's right, it's him! You must know his voice and how kind he is by now because he is often the first contact you have with L'Atelier des Sens. His career in the hotel business means he is a great listener who will give you a wonderful welcome and service.
Raphaël trained as a cook and deli butcher and used to be the logistics assistant for vocational training at the CEPROC (The European Center for Cooking Professions). He works with Florian on a daily basis to restock the fridges and store cupboards for your cookery courses, to make sure that you have the very best ingredients to cook with.
After studying in San Francisco, Camille came back to France to tell us about cooking! Her mission is to study all styles, find out what people want and what the new trends are, and to combine it all.
Camille has a masters degree in events management and her pleasant nature is at your disposition for organizing the event you want. Her ideas are straight to the point and you won't want to change anything she dreams up for your event.
She is a gourmet, like all the team members. She adds up cabbages and carrots, subtracts sugar and any extra fat and multiplies treats. Thanks to Sandy our kitchens run perfectly. This is a must!
As soon as you leave the building, Zohra comes in to sort everything out. She leaves the place sparkling from top to bottom ready for your next course.
Lyon site manager
Baptiste loves his work and is highly qualified in wine. He has a very reputable background in the hotel business. So when an Atelier opened in Lyon and we knew that Baptiste was living there, we saw it as a sign!
